5) We will design the site in a way that you are happy, if you are not happy, we will make changes until you are happy, however, in the case that you are not happy, we will require more of your input to get it right.
6) Payment for websites should be made within 7 days of the site becoming active, with 10% of the fee required before work begins. Preferred payment is by cheque made payable to 'Urweb'. Failure to pay will result in a reminder being sent. If after a further 7 days payment is still not received Urweb reserves the right to remove the site and place a message on the homepage requesting payment. Further non-payment could result in legal action. If you wish to cancel after work has commenced, we will charge for the proportion of work completed.
7) Urweb can not be held responsible for any downtime of the web server and emails, although Redstation say it will be less than 0.01% of the time.
8) If any site contains a guest book or forum or similar, then Urweb can not be held resposnsible for any posts left by users.
9) Urweb will not design websites for vulgar, porn or illegal websites.
10) Changes requested to websites will usually be made within 3 working days, however during holiday periods this could be be extended by over two weeks.
11) Although Urweb will submit all sites to major search engines and try to increase positions on search engines, we can not guarntee any significant placing or indeed that sites will be accepted at all. Due to the nature and different rules used by search engines, it is sometimes difficult to provide good rankings.
12) Urweb will not be held responsible for any loss or damage as a result of the web design we supply. All sites are designed and checked by our clients, and anything that the client is not happy with will be changed there and then.
13) After the site is uploaded Urweb will make changes to the site based on £18 per hour. We will waive these charges in the event that a) it has been required by law b) a copyright has been infringed c) the change is so minor that it doesn't warrant a fee.
14) Although Urweb are happy to do a certain amount of inputting (text, figures etc) any excessive amount of typing will result in an extra charge of £18 per hour, we will however advise of this before work commences.
15) If we host your site via Redstation an invoice for webspace and/or domain renewal fees will be issues 4-6 weeks before they are due. If payment is not recieved 5 days before the renewal date, then it will not be renewed until payment is cleared. If this happens then you may lose your domain (as it will be made available to purchase) and we can not be held responsible if you lose your domain.
16) You agree to indemnify Urweb against any loss as a result of breach of these terms and condition, against expenses and legal costs.
17) Urweb agree to release any details for the site inlcuding Web Manager and Webmail once full payment for work is received. Redstation currently charge £15 to release the site from their server, Nominet currently charge £10 if you wish to sell the site or change owner, both charges are subject to VAT.
18) Urweb will charge an administration fee of £5 for domain and web hosting renewal, domain renewal is due every 2 years and web hosting every year.

20) Urweb agree to keep your information safe under the Data Protection Act, and will not sell any details to any third party.
21) By instructing us to design or maintain your website, it will be assumed that you have read and agree to the above terms and conditions.
